Born and raised in Perth, Eddy has been competing in many state and national junior tournaments at a very young age. He has consistently reached the top 3 in the state during his junior playing career.
Eddy has competed in the 18/u ITF tournaments in Darwin transitioning into the senior competitions around W.A and Northern Territory. He has represented WA twice in the school sport Pizzey Cup competitions, twice in the 14/u Sproule Stephens Cup and once in the 16/u Reid Cup competitions.
Eddy was part of the international team that came 3rd overall representing Australia and Applecross Senior High School as the team challenge winner in the international schools competition.

Eddy has been coaching for six years as an assistant coach at Bullcreek, Claremont and Hensman Park Tennis Club. He has also coached at various before and after school clinics around Perth and has travelled abroad to coach at an international based academy in Beijing for a year.
Travelling along with the Hensman Park Tennis Club, Eddy has provided guidance to promising juniors in Adelaide for the national tournaments.
Eddy has seen and been part of many successes at various tennis clubs and academies he has coached at. And he hopes to continue to do what he loves, coaching juniors to become the next superstars, and is looking forward to the exciting opportunities ahead.
