Fitness, physical ball feeding and point play drills are incorporated to get the players ready for a high level of competition. Each session goes for 2 hours.
Elite 1: For 12/u division 1 to 16/u division 1-3 players
Elite 2: For 16/u division 1 and State League players
Each session will consist of:
1.Warm up Hitting
2. Technical/Tactical/Physical feeding or live ball drills
3. Fitness (tennis specific movement and strength)
4. Match Play
The first session of Term 2, 2020 commences on Tuesday, 5th May.
