The progression from the High Performance Squad is called the Elite Squad. An invitation only squad for players transitioning or currently competing in adults competition. Intense fitness, physical ball feeding and point play drills are incorporated to get the players ready for the ultimate level of competition. Each session goes for 1.5 hour.
Each session will consist of:
Warm up (Agility)
Warm up Hitting
Technical/Tactical/Physical feeding or live ball drills
Fitness (tennis specific movement and strength)
Cool down (Stretching)
The first session of Term 4, 2019 commences on Wednesday, 16th October
