OUR PROGRAM
HOT SHOTS BLUE/ RED STAGE
The Hot Shots Program consists of incorporating fun warm up skills, hand eye coordination, catching, throwing, movement and the technical development of strokes in each lesson.
With this, modified balls/nets are used so we can focus on specific fundamental perceptual motor skills and stroke technique effectively.
TIERS
Hot Shots Toddler
For 2-3 year old’s new to tennis (blue stage)
Hot shots blue stage
For 4-5 year old’s new to tennis (beginner)
Hot Shots Red Stage
For 5-6 year old’s with 2 full terms or more of experience
Each class will have one coach to a maximum of four students. Our classes run for 30 min for toddlers and 45 minutes for over 4 years old over a 10 week lesson term.
All new participants of the Hot Shots Tennis program will receive a free Wilson racquet (full term enrolment).
