All attendance, cancellations and make-up bookings should be managed through our online portal where available. If you cannot access the portal, please notify us by email, phone or SMS.

To ensure we can make the necessary arrangements, please provide the required notice for any cancellations or changes. Unfortunately, lessons may be forfeited if the required notice is not provided.

Group Lessons

• To be eligible for a make-up lesson, a minimum of 6 hours’ notice of absence must be provided before the scheduled lesson start time.
  If an absence is due to illness or injury and less than 6 hours’ notice is given, a valid medical certificate must be provided for a make-up lesson to be issued. This policy helps ensure fairness for all participants.
• Unreported absences are not eligible for a make-up lesson or credit.

Make-Up Lessons

• Offered as a courtesy and subject to availability.
• Maximum 2 make-up lessons per term.
• Must be used within the same term.
• Cannot be transferred, exchanged or carried forward.

Private Lessons

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required.
• Late cancellations incur a $30 fee.
• No-shows are charged the full lesson fee.
• Lessons cancelled by the coach due to weather are not charged.

• Standard Group Programs: Maximum 6 players per coach.
• Hot Shots (Blue & Red), Toddlers & Inclusion Programs: Maximum 4 players per coach.

Term Enrolments

• New Term Enrolments: Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date to secure your place.
• Mid-Term Enrolments: Payment for the full remaining balance must be made before attending your first class.
• A $10 late fee applies after 7 days overdue.
• An additional $5 late fee applies every 7 days until payment is received.

Private Lessons & Store Purchases

• Payment is due within 3 days of the lesson or purchase.
• A $10 late fee applies after 3 days.
• An additional $5 late fee applies every 3 days until payment is received.

Discounts

Discounts apply only when payment is made before the invoice is processed and cannot be applied retrospectively. Eligible discounts include:

• 5% for players attending 2 or more classes per week
• 5% sibling discount (applies to the second child’s enrolment)

4.1 Group Lessons & Enrolment Cancellation

• No refunds are provided for missed lessons or unused make-up lessons.
• Weather-related cancellations are not refundable. A make-up lesson or credit will be provided instead.
• A $30 administration fee applies to all enrolment cancellations, whether before or after confirmation.
• This also applies if a player withdraws due to changing schools or personal circumstances.

4.2 Private Lessons

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $30 cancellation fee.
• If no notice is given and the coach attends, the full lesson fee will be charged.
• Where possible, prepaid lessons will be rescheduled.
• Medical certificates may be accepted at management’s discretion.

4.3 Serious Injury or Illness

• A valid medical certificate is required.
• A credit will be applied to future lessons upon the player’s return.

• Rain cancellations will be communicated by SMS and/or email at least 45 minutes before the lesson.
• Extreme heat (36°C or above) cancellations will generally be advised the day before.
• Where possible, make-up lessons will be scheduled on Sundays or another suitable day within the same term.
• Classes using mini nets (Hot Shots Blue & Hot Shots Red) can be conducted indoors during poor weather. Therefore, please assume the lesson will proceed as scheduled unless you receive a cancellation message.
