HOT SHOTS TENNIS

Hot Shots is a fun and engaging way for children to learn and enjoy tennis.

The program includes four progressive stages, with each stage using age- and ability-appropriate equipment, including lower-compression balls, smaller racquets, and modified court sizes. Age ranges are a guide only, as every child develops at their own pace and progresses based on their skills, confidence, and readiness.

BLUE STAGE (3 – 5 Years Old)

Our Blue Stage is the perfect introduction to tennis for young children. Through fun, engaging activities, players develop fundamental movement skills, including balance, coordination, agility, and confidence, while learning the basic tennis skills of throwing, catching, rallying, and striking the ball.

Designed for children from Kindergarten onwards, this program creates a positive first tennis experience, helping build friendships, develop confidence, and foster a lifelong love of sport and physical activity.
